Questions we always get

Asked and answered, honestly

Do I need sales experience or a degree?
No. We hire for attitude and train for skill. Our best leaders came from F&B, national service, retail and fresh graduation. If you are coachable and hungry, you qualify.
How does the pay actually work?
Earnings are performance-based, so your output drives your income and there is no cap set by a salary band. We walk every applicant through the full structure, in writing, at the interview, so you decide with complete information.
Is this door-to-door hard selling?
It is face-to-face selling for established partner brands, done with respect. We train consultative conversations, not pressure tactics: our partners' reputations, and our retention numbers, depend on customers who are glad they said yes.
How fast can I be promoted?
As fast as your results allow. Promotion criteria are objective and published, and nobody waits for a vacancy: when you hit the bar, the role exists for you. Team Leaders here earned the title through performance, not years served.
What happens after I apply?
